Yellowing Camellia leaves

Hi. I have a lovely Camellia which has beautiful double flowers every year. This year, its still flowering, but the leaves are turning a paler green with black motting on them. Please can someone advise me as to what can be causing this. Really don't want to lose my beautiful tree
