Yucca gloriosa variegata

Hi, 
Does anyone know how I can treat the brown spots on my yucca gloriosa variegata? It is on every leaf and seems to be spreading extremely quickly. Please help, I am a very inexperienced novice gardener but keen to learn! Thank you!

Hi @jo515 think your yucca has Brown spots (that's the name not a description) mine had it but not this bad. I cut out all effected leaves and I came back brilliantly and is a monster now. Yours is pretty bad and might need some fungicide
