Tall plant ID

Hi,

this 5foot Plant has grown up through a lavender I had last year. It has appeared from nowhere like a beanstalk! I’ve tried looking back to see if I had planted anything in the bed before but no luck. I fear it may be a plant grown from a seed dropped by a bird as I previously had a potato plant grow nearby that was from the same thing🤷‍♀️😂 many thanks in advance

I wonder if that could be Linaria Purpurea. Stems are very stiff. Can't see the leaves properly, but others may have more opinions.

It looks like a willowherb to me. My linaria don't have purple stems, and the leaves are finer.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

Thank you for your quick comments. These leaves are quite narrow, I’ve taken a photo of one of the biggest ones beside my finger. I know what willow herb seedlings look like as I pounce to pull them out before they grow this one could have been hidden Inside the lavender and developed. The leaves are deep green and the stalks are purple as mentioned and very rigid
