What should I do with this runny looking plant?

It seems to be having little blooms ready to flower but overall it looks pretty awful to me.. what would you recommend?

I think it's an old marguerite or something similar like a chrysanthemum, past its best now so probably for the compost bin.

You might be able to strike some ‘heeled’ type cuttings from it.

all right, what do you think i could plant there instead? to cover the brick wall. It does get quite a lot of sun during the day

Quite a few of my plants end up looking this way, why is that ?

Hi @ariadna.bakhmatova. Plants often get like that when they're being deprived of adequate light. Often because they're blocked by other plants.
Your chrysanth/marguerite needs lots of light, so it's more susceptible 

Some climbers self cling, but most do need a good support. That can be a trellis or just vine eyes with wire. It largely dependson the climber - some become very heavy.

Hm strange this plant is actually in a very sunny spot without any obstacles

Possibly wind then.
Or - did a previous owner remove a plant?
There's a tall looking fence to the right as well - that would cast a fair bit of shade.
