Hi @ariadna.bakhmatova. Plants often get like that when they're being deprived of adequate light. Often because they're blocked by other plants. Your chrysanth/marguerite needs lots of light, so it's more susceptible
Some climbers self cling, but most do need a good support. That can be a trellis or just vine eyes with wire. It largely dependson the climber - some become very heavy.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Or - did a previous owner remove a plant?
There's a tall looking fence to the right as well - that would cast a fair bit of shade.
