Moving laurels

I’ve Laurel hedge at one side in back garden 
I trimmed them about a foot yesterday 
they about 3 feet high now and don’t want cut down any shorter
i need take one out and move it
can someone advice best way to do it pls as hubby going fo it tomorrow

    Dig your new hole and prepare it with compost in the base, then use a shovel or fork and dig out the one you want to move, put it in the new hole and fill in, then tread down firmly all the way around, give a good watering.  Then keep it watered if you’re not expecting rain.
