Plant Id please

Could someone identify this plant please. It’s very low growing and seems to a spreading habit. I have a number of these in a raised bed. Not sure if it’s something I planted previously. Thanks

It's possibly willowherb,  but l'm not sure to be honest.  Hopefully some of the plant experts can confirm or correct !

Could it be Prunella (self-heal)?
It spreads easily, purple flowers attract bees and butterfiles.

Thanks I’ve looked at both of them on. google images and they are both upright, this doesn’t seem to have any intention of going that way just spreading but I will keep an eye on it to see what it does.
