New home... plant Mystery

Hi there
i wonder if anyone can help me, we’ve just moved into a new home a couple of months back and just started tackling the garden, we found this plant in a pot under another tree but have no idea what it is?!? Can anyone help

    It might be a young Loquat plant, Eriobotrya Japonica.

    It looks familiar but I' can't think what it's called .... and the poor thing's only got half a pot of compost in there ......... I wonder if @Hostafan1 recognises it ... 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    My vote goes to Eriobotrya Japonica.......Loquat plant.

    This is without a doubt, the semi tropical Japanese loquat tree. Grows in UK to a height of 5metres plus.
    Needs full sunlight hot south of England weather including London. Grows yellow, orange coloured fruits similar to apricot but tastier.
