Hi there i wonder if anyone can help me, we’ve just moved into a new home a couple of months back and just started tackling the garden, we found this plant in a pot under another tree but have no idea what it is?!? Can anyone help thank you Louise
It looks familiar but I' can't think what it's called .... and the poor thing's only got half a pot of compost in there ......... I wonder if @Hostafan1 recognises it ...
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
This is without a doubt, the semi tropical Japanese loquat tree. Grows in UK to a height of 5metres plus. Needs full sunlight hot south of England weather including London. Grows yellow, orange coloured fruits similar to apricot but tastier.
