Unknown unique daffodil

I was just looking over the garden and noticed this daffodil. The flower is fairly pale (and growing strong) however as you can see on the petals there are streaks of yellow. I have never seen this before on a daffodil and would be interested to know it it is a disease (like on tulips) or a rare form of daffodil.
