    Ah - it looks like a Pieris that's been pruned to give some scope for planting below  :)

    I'd have said it's an azalea full of flowers.

    Might well be @josusa47 - I couldn't see it close up enough, but I felt the shape wasn't quite right.
    It's lovely anyway - very architectural  :)
