Plant identification

Can anyone help identify this shrub. I loved house last year into a mature garden and some of the plants I don't know ! It has silverush leaves is about 3' tall by 5' wide in sunny spot in channel islands

The flowers remind me a little of salvia sclarea or clary sage. Hopefully one of our plant experts can help.

Silver surfer

Teucrium fruticans I believe...common name tree germander or shrubby germander.
