This was badly waterlogged with a good root ball.Repotted with new compost but still suffering.any help appreciated.

    Oooh, early days yet ... it'll take a time to show signs of life but hollies are tough and can grow in quite waterlogged ground from time to time so with any luck it'll recover ... just keep the soil most but not boggy, and smile and talk nicely to it ... and wait a few months  :)

    Ok.plenty of time on my hands with covid.
