Grass in Shady front garden

Looking for some advice please, our front garden is shady, lots of moss and poor soil. So before winter I put down moss killer and scarified it. I’ve now put down top soil and shady seed. Been about 11 days but not seeing any germination. I’ve also watered day and night lightly and the temp has been 9-15 degrees since planting too. Am I doing something wrong?

Too soon for germination. Not warm enough.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

They might be ok, but if not, you can re do it in a few weeks  :)
Also - it's better to water once thoroughly, then do it again a few days later, rather than doing little and often. That's even more important when your grass is starting to grow, as it means the roots will get down further, and will manage drier conditions later on if that happens.
