ID help please!

We have some seeds from the plant as pictured - no idea what plant is, or the best way to get the seeds to grow - help!

    Acanthus Mollis, or Bear's breeches.  It is a bit of a thug and hard to get rid of.  Are you sure you want more?

    There will be more self seeded plants than you need and some grow from runners. Have a look around the plant and under the leaves
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    If you are particularly keen to have more, why not try the golden variety (Hollard's Gold).  In Spring it looks much more acid yellow than the photo below.  We love ours, although it is also a thug!
