Please tell me the name of this

Wondering if one of you lovely people- and I know someone will know - tell me what this beautiful plant is . Also when I can buy one in the uk? I can’t seem to find one I’ve been looking in garden centres for months ( now they are all shut thought I would try online ) - thanks in advance !

    Euphorbia wulfinii and randoms😊
    You will never need to buy another. They seed everywhere!

    Also remember to take care when you handle them, the sap can be a major irritant especially to the eyes.

    That explains why they are all up this road and this one is in the street !

    Euphorbias are great, from the large structural looking to the smaller varieties with fresh lime green or red colours. I really like them.
