Is this loosestrife?

I think I planted some loosestrife here last July but it never really got going and I thought was dead. Is this it coming back or a weed I don't recognise?

Yes, that's loosestrife with some buttercup at the back!

Thanks Loraine3 - that's really helpful. That's rampant geranium at the back - a friend gave me a tiny bit in 2014 and I've been fighting it back since. Although I've since been told that loosestife might cause me a similar challenge!
