Hi Shamrock, the leaves are still a bit small to see properly. Is there any chance you could get a close up of one of the leaf clusters. What came into my mind was Sorbaria sorbifolia but I wouldn't like to bet on it!

Having looked at the latest picture Shamrock, I'm leaning towards it possibly being a yew. Again, I'm not 100% convinced and time and growth will tell. Do you remember planting a young yew? There are lots of great people on here who may drop by and advise you better but failing that, just let those leaves unfurl a bit more and take another picture for us.

looks like one of the artemisias, mabye A Arborescens?
If you gently crush the foliage, is it scented?

The flowers look like a Swan River Daisy or Brachyscome. Did it look like this:
