Plant ID and Seed advice

Hi, can anyone tell me what this is. I've been told it had blue/purple flower spikes in the summer and is evergreen. There are 4 in this pot which someone kindly gave me but he cannot remember what they are lol. I'm thinking of putting them in my garden but would like to know what it is first.
Also is it too early to sow nasturtium seeds outside..Thanks.

I think is is a Salvia.  There are Salvia experts on here who will tell you which one.

I agree with Salvia, but it is too early to tell which one.
How can you lie there and think of England

I agree with @punkdoc. You'll need to wait for flowers.

You might want to separate them and pot them up individually too  :)

It's never the wrong time to sow nasturtium seeds.  They self-seed and the seeds just stay in/on the ground until the conditions are right to germinate.
