Growing bluebells

Hi everyone,  I am new to gardening with bulbs and came across some bluebell bulbs. I am not sure how to plant them and which side is supposed to be up and which one should be down.

I am attaching a picture for reference of the bulb I have and would really appreciate if you could help (Is the round cut part in the middle supposed to go down ). Thanks.

I've answered on the other thread you posted on.
    That's the bottom.
It often doesn't matter when you plant them though - they tend to 'right' themselves once in the ground. :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

To me seems like the point in view is the base, the down bit.

    Thanks @Fairygirl and @cornelly
I planted some the way you guys mentioned. Hopefully they will grow. 🙂
