Possibly mites...? Help!

Hello lovely leaf lovers,

I seem to have a problem with my beautiful lipstick plant... it has all these tiny white (bugs? Eggs?) things on many of the leaves/stems, and some have fallen onto my windowsill and into my other plants... There is also some sticky substance on the leaves... photos below. Is this an infestation? What can I do? Thank you in advance for your help.

Look like whitefly. As it is an inside plant, I would stand it in the open air and give it a quick blast with fly spray.  Let it air, then bring it back in.
