Anyone know what this little blue/purple flower is? And is it a weed or a beauty to keep? Thank you!

Looks like a Chionodoxa.

Small spring bulb.  Keeper - as long as you like it.  Common names are Glory of the Snow and Squill - https://www.rhs.org.uk/Plants/368261/Scilla-sardensis/Details 

Good for early pollinators too.
