Balcony plants for summer
Already thinking of the summer!
I have a small, very sunny balcony with 2 large containers and would like to have flowers/plants that are bee friendly AND highly scented.
In particular, I would be looking to try and attract bees & hummingbird hawk-moths.
Took advice from my garden centre last year and planted a large container with Mirabilis Jalapa. Looked absolutely fabulous but no scent whatsoever and totally ignored by the bees.
Thanks for any suggestions!

If you want to extend the season for pollinators think of winter pots with snowdrops, crocuses, bergenia.
