I bought some plants from this company via an email offer from Gardeners World back in January 2020 but the plants still haven’t arrived. The offer did say they would be dispatched from March but since February the company aren’t replying to emails and when I call their phone number it says the line is no longer in use? Hmmmm......

    As far as l am aware they were still operating a few days ago (assuming it's the same company).  There is a thread here (mostly discount code postings,  granted)

    Fingers crossed there is not a problem with your order @Forever Hopeful Are they pre-order plants that you have outstanding?

    I have used this company several times last year and found the service to be excellent with plants that they had in stock and ready to send on. I placed another order last month for some plants that were stocked and some other plants that were pre-order for march delivery. I received the lines that they had within a couple of days and i am also waiting for my pre-order plants. I would be inclined wait a little longer on the outstanding orders as we are only just into March. I have no reason to doubt them at this stage as i have been really pleased with previous orders.

    Hopefully my optimism pays off.........
