ID and advice?

Hello, can anyone identify this plant? Also any tips for helping it? Thank you!!

    I don't know what it is, but occasionally I get given a poinsettia for Christmas and after a while it usually ends up looking a bit like your photo - I'm not very good with houseplants..

  • Looks a bit like an almost dead leopard lily (Dieffenbachia) to me. Is it very dry?  Mine needs a lot of water or it keels over...
  • Just found out it’s a zig zag plant 🤪. Doesn’t look much like one at the moment though... 
  • If it's a Pedilanthus tithymaloides, it needs lots of light and water, humid air and a minimum temp of 10C.
    Some care tips here:

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
