I'll start the ball rolling with the one with white centred purpley blue flowers on the left. Geranium 'Rozanne' - lovely plant, flowers all summer.

The grass looks at least similar to Anemanthele lessoniana, pheasant's tail grass.

The deep purple spires to the left look like Salvia Nemorosa 'Caadonna'. The pale flowers to the right side could be a Catmint, Nepeta.

Could the grasses in the foreground be Carex Bronze?

The strap-like leaves on the right look like an expiring Agapanthus ; centre right may be Hakonechloa sp.
Other than that I would agree with the above .
Single shots of each plant would be preferable for IDs . Makes life much easier rather than a guessing game from a photo of dubious resolution .
