Pineapple plant

My pineapple plant is 3yo, 3ftx3ft.  It lives in Tampa Florida.  It loves the Sandy soil.  Wen should it flower and fruit.  I have fed it and provided mulch.

Sorry Marie, this is a British based forum. Not many pineapples here. The nearest contributor to you is probably  @PeggyTX though she may not know about pineapples either.

Usually between 2 to 4 years to flower and another 6 months to mature fruit. Ethylene induces flowering so mulching with banana skins or other ripe fruits might help.
