Too short plastic cover

Why is the plastic cover on my small greenhouse 11 cm too short? It's new, just out of box, is this normal. Thank you.

    Have you pushed the joints for the metal supports together as far as they will go?  Mine (frame built yesterday) is very poorly made, and some of the joints have split where I've pushed the metal poles properly "home".  Don't know yet if the cover fits... I'll try it when the weather warms up a bit.

    11cm is a lot though... I'd consider complaining, if you're sure (sorry, don't want to sound rude!) that you've built the frame correctly...

    I made sure that all joints are firmly in place etc., it was replacing another plastic greenhouse. It's been stored in the shed for a few years , so can't complain!  Just wondered if it's a common thing.  I'll check the frame again and the paving base.
