Manure-To spread or not.

Hello everybody.
I have just recently sourced some good manure and just want to know is it too late to cover my veg beds now or should I wait until the autumn .
Hoping for some advice .

We cover our veg plot with manure and home made garden compost.  As we plant our seeds and seedlings we dig in what is left on the surface of the soil.  I don't believe it is too late to spread your manure on the surface of the soil now@Terry29
