Bought three of these a few months back, in 9cm pots and just forgot them. They seem health enough, still in the pots on an old bench.

Should I now plant them in the garden or in larger (?)pots or am I too late for either ?

I would put them into slightly larger pots and protect them from winter weather for now.
They should be fine to plant out in Spring.
