No idea which one it is @markos, but it could do with a prune back to encourage better growth from the base. They aren't poisonous unless you eat them
The only issue with them is the sap which they leak when you prune, so wear some good gloves, and handle the pruned stems carefully. It sometimes helps to have a bucket of water nearby to drop them into.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
