I would say that came from some type of bird. The white on the surface is the clue as birds do not pee, they excrete urea as a limey coating on their poo.
At this time of year birds are eating so many berries etc that the colour of poo can be quite different to that at other times of year.

I thought it was strange that it had the white on, theres always pigeons around where I found it so pigeon may be the answer!
