Azaleas - Sun, half sun, shadow
I have some potted azaleas in a sheltered position that get loads of Sun, they did more or less OK during Summer, not many flowers, but I though they just needed to get a bigger pot (could not do it, removed a kidney and I need to wait to do heavy lifting), but I was told that they need to go to a part of the garden that does not get direct Sun. Any opinions, please? Thank you

In pots, it would be better to keep them shadier. Even with regular rainfall they can be hard to keep hydrated. They need a soil based medium too, not just compost, if they're staying in pots
