Yes my cringe and naff alarms were going off at bits of Autumnwatch - Happy just to see the wildlife.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

Whew, I'm glad it wasn't just me.
Along with Zoe Ball and Jamie Oliver to name but two, they need to find alternatives to the word " amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing"

    Morning all/afties Pat  :)
Still Autumn here too @AuntyRach, although we're back to the wet stuff after a good five frosty days which have been great.
I can't watch that programme. Haven't watched it in years because of the children's tv type presenters. I was just switching over on the tv for Landward, when it came on - caught thirty seconds and that was enough :D
If you want to experience the 'gorms - go there! Good time of year, just before everything is under very difficult, snowy conditions  :)
I got some plants yesterday @punkdoc. They'll just be getting potted on or tucked in somewhere.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Thing is ... I’m not sure if it is aimed primarily at adults any more 🙄. I’m all for making progammes widely accessible, but the trick is not to alienate your original audience while doing it.
I agree CP did look a bit embarrassed by it all. Maybe we should write to the BBC?

Love the rhymes Dove, I was trying to picture Birmingham Marc with the wether😱 your rhymes says it all!
Another grey day here, no gardening, could poke around in the GH’s but not much left to do and the garden’s still in flower so nothing to cut down, bored already.

Good morning.  I tried the new anti-tussive cough medicine last night and slept nearly 12 hours!!  Clearly needed it.   Only just having my first coffee of the day.

It is wet here and likely to get wetter so 2 bored pussycats and 2 bored doggies wanting a fuss and OH glud to the rugby and ignroring them.

Good sayings @Dovefromabove but definitely still autumn here.  Lots of greenery about and grass and weeds growing apace.  I hope the broad beans I sowed do too and that the 3 fruit trees are happy.

Didn't even look at Autumn Watch.  Agree about childish presenters turning off adults.

Can you keep your wallflowers in wee pots or trays for now @punkdoc ?
