Outdoor waterproof maximum and minimum temperature reader/ sensor

Now that the night time temperatures are dropping, my cold frame is in use again. Could anyone recommend a reliable max/ min thermometer or sensors that I can buy. I’ve had 3 battery operated ones in the last 2 years, they just seem to pack up for no reason despite the batteries being changed. Just had a look on Am***n and the choice is incredible. Is it worth paying more to get a better system?

Sorry, edited as l see you want an outdoor one. This one comes with a separate sensor unit,  and the display is in the lounge around 20 to 25 feet away. Very reliable though!

The one I got last year was quite basic, but also very inexpensive, and it's been quite accurate too. Like @AnniD's, it has an indoor unit. 
I'll see if I can find out which one it is.
