Halls Popular Polycarbonate Greenhouse Roof HELP!

Hello all, I'm after some advice I've just erected the above mentioned 6 x 10 greenhouse, however the instructions for the polycarbonate roof panel installation were none existent in that it doesn't make clear whether the end of the capping on the panels butts up to a ridge or should over hang the gutters.  Does anyone have any experience of this?  I would be most grateful for some advice :-) thank you.
