Help me identify this Rose

Hi you lovely lot. First time posting 
I was in my local garden centre today and spotted this Rose on display but it had no details attached. I asked a couple of the staff there but they both said it’s Lady of Shallot, which I know it isn’t as I have one of those already!
I think it may be Lady Emma Hamilton but would appreciate your shared wisdom in helping me solve it before I spend money on the wrong thing!
