Help please !

Hey oh knowledgeable people in my phone .... this plant ( think Its a michaelmas daisy ?)
has been fabulous over the summer . Just wondering if I give it a trim & pop it into the ground will it come back again next year ? Many thanks x

    Think it's on the tender side. It may not be too late to take cuttings if you want to have a go.
    I would put it up on pot feet to help with drainage over winter and move into a more sheltered position near a wall if possible.

    It is, as Perki said, an Argyranthemum, (syn. Margueritte). Usually only lasts one season.
    Needs to be kept frost free, so I certainly wouldn't put it in the ground.

    They last for years of you put the pot in a bright, cool place that doesn't go below freezing.
