ID please

Found this growing in my rock garden (the pink flowering stuff amid the Vinca).
I'm sure I've pulled lots of this out from all over the place before assumed as a weed, but first time I've seen it in flower. 
What is it?

    Looks the same as my dwarf Japanese anemone.

    Looks like a climber...might it be Clematis ?

    I think Joyce is correct, it looks like Japanese anemone to me as well.
