Can you identify the shrubs in my new garden?!

Hello everyone,

I've recently moved into a new house and inherited a shrub border - my knowledge of shrubs is slim, so there are a couple that I'm finding it hard to identify. I'd like to know so that I can be sure to care for them properly. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it!

The first looks like Spirea japonica 'Anthony Waterer'. Not sure about the taller one, maybe Spirea douglasii?

Agree with WillDB. Second photo is a Spiraea Douglasii.
