My nasturtium

Hi i had cut off my nasturtium vines when it went over after late summer flowering. But i noted the thick stems are growing again. Will this last in winter or shall i cover it.

They are very watery plants, so if you get a frost the plant will freeze and not recover.  Depending where you, it might survive a mild winter.  But this year's plants will have dropped plenty of seeds which will germinate in the spring.
