It's correct name is Kalanchoe. There are lots of varieties. Mother of thousands is just a common name - because of it's behaviour. It has several common names - flaming katy being one of the others.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

There are seedlings in the pot - these can be carefully transplanted into individual pots - it's always good to have a few spares - they are easy to grow, will need some warmth and good sunlight and virtually no watering until the Spring. Gently put the seedlings in small pots of cactus/succulent mixture with some gravel added @j.c.kirby
