Plant ID Please

Not sure what this is, it has many buds, small yellow flowers and about 2’ tall. I have a bird feeder nearby.I’m not sure if it’s a weed

    I rather like it, but it would depend where it is, and what's growing nearby.
    Most important of all is what you like @Gardenpixie99 :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
