I seem to have mislaid the label for this plant - can anyone identify it for me please? It doesn't produce flowers - but has these lovely red bracts(?), I think that is the name for them.
Thank you for helping to identify this plant which we have had for around 5 years now - reading that it is a native of Australia and likes hot dry conditions is fitting for our front garden which is never watered and is so hot, dry and sunny. This is the best year for this plant which has grown a fair bit in the past few months - I will look out for the cones forming in the "flowers", I have never seen any before.
