What's wrong with my fuchsia?

    It’s got fuchsia gall, I’d put it in the dustbin. 
    Some people have said that you can cut it back to the pot and hope it’s ok next year, that’s up to you if want to try,

    Can I just ask that if you do, will you dispose of the infected plants safely, this is a spreading disease and can affect other growers plants. As you see the mite can be transferred on the wind.
