Not ideal to do an ID from just a leaf ... would be better if we could also see the whole plant ... but I’m saying it’s an Acanthus ... either A. spinosa or A. mollis.

Hi @nickyhern - it would be tempting to answerthat question with 'it's a leaf' 
  
As @Dovefromabove says, it looks like an Acanthus, but it's helpful to see the  whole plant in situ for getting an accurate ID.
