Akebia quinata....... commonly known as chocolate vine, five-leaf chocolate vine, or five-leaf akebia. Those are the seed pods which should turn a glorious purple.
Agree with Akebia quinata. However I'm surprised (and jealous) that you should have fruit. I have one specimen, in Brittany and the climate is not warm enough to get fruit. @sjerraysilver123314 where do you live? @Silver surfer did you get those akebia fruit in Scotland?

No..far too cold. Pics are from our old garden in South Wales. Flowers are either male OR female .see link Both show clearly in my pics above. Apparently the secret to seed pods is to have 2 plants to get cross pollination.
