    It looks like a perennial helianthus ( sunflower )

    Thank you Perki.  It’s in my cousin’s garden and she asked me to identify.  I confess I’ve never heard of them 😕

    I have one in the back garden called Helianthus Lemon queen its a bit of a thug really its about 6ft tall and not far off wide , the flowers are much smaller than annual sunflowers but they are loads of flowers .
