Water butt irrigation

Hello,  I'm thinking about installing an irrigation system for my flower bed from a water butt. Any advice? Would soaker hose work? Or if I get a leaking hose with holes, would that have enough pressure? Thank you for any advice!
Any particular brands?

Pressure is certainly an issue. I have done this once or twice but my garden is on a slope. I was using an ordinary hose with a watering can type rose, there wasn't enough pressure for a soak hose, even when the butt was full.
