Kentia palm yellowing

Hi all!

I seem to have a bit of trouble with Kentia palms in my new flat. Having killed one, it’s replacement seemed to be doing ok, but now looks like it’s yellowing/browning. 

Could it be sun burn? It gets morning direct sunlight which I’ve read can damage it. 

Over/under watering issues?

My flat is in London and it can get incredibly warm. We usually need several fans on in summer!

Help much appreciated.
