What size are those leaves? Also are they evergreen? I’m just wondering if it’s a fancy new Euonymus Fortunei variety. But the way it’s growing also looks like a type of Tradescantia.
I don't think it's a photinia Palette or a houttaynia. I can see the euonymus resemblance but think the leaves are too thin. I'd expect them to be a bit fleshier.
Maybe one of the eleagnus?
