I have still have a victoria plum tree which is 9 yrs old. It is planted on a slight slope and doesnt do very well. Just one plum this year. Does anyone think it is the position it is planted that is affecting it. I would welcome any advice. This year it sent suckers out 2 feet away,could it be struggling to survive
